ADMISSION PROCEDURE
How To Apply
Admission to a specific course is based on the Institute's eligibility criteriia as defined from time to time and the Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant.
An applicant's admission to a course is confirmed for a particular batch only on the payment of the full course fee.
An admission to a course is not transferable to any other individual.
Application for admission into GIMS courses must be made on the prescribed application form along with submission of course fees and necessary documents.
Procedure for Admission
How to get Prospectus & Registration Form
Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the institute by sending an enquiry through email mentioning candidate’s name, qualification, full address with mobile number and email ID specifying the particular course name.
Candidate will get Prospectus & Registration form by email after sending an enquiry.
There is no entrance test for admission. It is based on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats.
The institute takes admission into its programs four times in a year: January, April, July and October.
On receiving the filled-in application form along with the course fee, the institute will scrutinize the same and student who fulfills the admission criteria will be admitted.
Application for admission should be sent in the prescribed form along with the course fee.
The filled in application should be submitted to the institute.
Candidates need not send/submit their original certificates.
The following self attested documents are to be enclosed along with the completed Application Form.
i. Two passport size photographs.
ii. Photocopy of the Degree or final year mark Sheet.
iii. Photocopy of the High School Certificate for the verification of the date of birth, Student's name.
iv. Valid ID Proof
v. Demand Draft / cash deposit slip of bank / transaction detail in case of electronic transfer.
Admitted students will be allotted an enrolment / registration number by means of admission letter upon successful submission of application & admission process within 30 days from enrollment.
Course fee should be paid by A/C payee Bank Draft in favour of Global Educare Trust payable at Baroda. Cheque is not accepted for payment of course fee.
Fee once paid shall neither be returned nor adjusted against any other programme.
Admission in the course will be cancelled in case of non-payment of full course fee.
Change of course shall not be considered after enrolment.
The completed registration form along with the necessary documents should be sent by Registered Post / Courier to the correspondence address mentioned in prospectus.
Online Submission of Application
Candidates willing to deposit course fee by Net Banking (electronic transfer) may submit their application along with scanned copy of necessary documents mentioned above by email. No need to send documents by courier/post in case of online payment by Net Banking.
